How Long Does it Take to Charge an Electric Bike?

On average, it will take 3 - 6 hours for to charge an electric bike battery. this will vary depending on the size of each battery.

How Often Should I Service my Electric Bike?

Your Electric Bike should be given a health check every 6 months on 600km, whichever comes first. Your E-Bike should then get a full service every 12 months or 1,500 whichever comes first.

Can I use my Electric Bike in The Rain?

Yes, our Ape Ryder Electric Bikes are IP65 rated and safe to be used in the rain. Constant exposure to rain / water for extended periods of time can cause water damage issues though. Electrci Bikes should always be stored in-doors or in a shed over night. 

How Long Will my E-Bike Battery Last?

Your Electric Bike battery should retain at least 70% of its original performance after 500 Charge Cycles. Our warranty covers the first 12 months of the battery, most batteries will keep very good performance levels for 4 years.
